If you've wondered past the MAC counter in Arthur Barnett's (yes im talking about Dunedin) you will have noticed the Make Up as Art campaign and the talented Richard Phillips, whose oil painting brings the femme fatale from film noir into full colour. Cherry red liner and russian red lipstick were a good choice, i am completely inspired.x
